Machine and Vehicle Fleet Maintenance Management with

Fidelity-Maintenance

Fidelity Machine and Vehicle Fleet Maintenance Management coordinates the planned breakdown and maintenance transactions for all kinds of machines and vehicle fleets. Provides the foundation of inventory, order and purchasing managements for fixed assets, spare parts and consumables.

Maintenance Planning

  • Provides a flexible and extremely easy-to-use planned maintenance calendars. Users can monitor planned maintenances within the calendar.

  • With the flexible machine assembly tool, any part can be defined with the desired detail level for all kinds of machines. Interpenetrating machines can also be linked to the main machine.

  • Other than the standard properties (vendor, date of purchase, purschasing amount, guarantee-insurance information, brand, model, cost center, etc.), additional properties can be defined by the user.

  • When the the services are provided from an external party, these are monitored in terms of guarantee and service contracts.

  • Generates production performance reports on the basis of  machine and department by recording the non-production times during the planned and breakdown maintenance transactions.

  • Provides mobile automation for the field service teams.

Maintenance Quality Management

  • Stores all kinds of machine related electronic document integrated with the Document Management System.

  • Records and monitors the lifecycle (relocations, breakdowns, plannen periodic maintenances, costs)  of all machines and equipments with all its details, starting from its purchase date.

  • Customizes the maintenances by establishing a maintenance instructions library. These instructions can be employed in various machines. Provides the standardization of all instructions.

  • The planned and breakdown maintenances are performed in accordance with these instructions.

  • The contract provides performance measurement according to the SLA  for the outsourced services.

  • Procedures regarding how technical staff should perform their job are defined and linked to the above-mentioned instructions. Stores the instructions-relevant document in an electronic environment.

Spare Parts Purchasing Management

  • Works integrated with the purchasing management.

  • Provides the formation of project-, location- and cost center-based budget structures and the budget-based monitoring of purchasing and maintenance expenses.

  • Monitors the consumables purchases in consideration with the budget.

  • Customizes the spare parts inventory for all machines. Gets a grip on the spare parts and equipment inventory starting from the order phase.

  • Controls and notifies the inventory levels not only based on the predetermined critical inventory levels, but also on the basis of cycle speeds, supply time and measurement values originating from the maintenance controls.

  • Reserves the inventory equipments for the planned maintenances.

Monitoring the Location and Responsibilities

  • Records the dispersed machines based on their locations.

  • Records and reports all equipment relocations with all the details.

  • Determining the responsibilities regarding all inventory.

Consumables Management

  • Records and tracks consumables consumption history of all machines.

  • The consumables are monitored per batch.
