MINISTRY OF INTERIOR Country of Origin Information System Project

Sigma optimised successfully Turkish Leasing’s financial leasing operations with Leaseflex. LeaseFlex is an integrated platform for execution, management and monitoring of lessor processes corporatewide. Leaseflex is fully compliant with BASEL II and CoBIT Requirements.

ISTANBUL METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY (IMM) Business Process and Content Management Project

Project is the first, unique ECM & BPM solution in Turkish public sector providing a completely  automated, secure and open platform that automates all current working processes and document processing while providing flexible means to further change these processes or add new processes in the future without further development costs. 

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) has a total of 23 Companies, two important institutions; ISKI and IETT, and a total of 43.500 employees. Sigma successfully completed the project using Opentext eDocs and Ultimus BPM suite products with 5.000 direct users of the system.

GARANTİ BANK Real Estate and Construction Management Project

Sigma automated Garanti Bank’s real estate and construction processes integrated on a single platform using Fidelity Enterprise platform; resulting with a significant operational productivity increase and an extensive reporting and analysis capability over all related processes.

ZİRAAT BANK Corporate Asset and Expense Management Project

Turkey’s largest bank Ziraat Bank chose Fidelity Enterprise to centralise management of its assets and monitoring of expenses corporatewide. With this project Ziraat Bank is centrally controlling and managing all expenses on the basis of branches and business units directly or indirectly related to all assets.

Ziraat Bank has 35 HQ departments, 24 regional management offices 1380 branches.

Fortis Turkey, Call Center Process Management

In October 2004, Fortis Turkey partnered with Tepum Sigma to create a new dynamic Call Center Management System with which all processes are managed by Ultimus BPM Suite. With this new system in place, Sigma has provided a dynamic platform to manage and address all customer related issues and problems reported to Fortis Turkey.

Turkcell BPM Project

Turkcell, the leading GSM Operator in Turkey, chose Ultimus BPM Suite to move their internal and external corporate processes to an electronic environment by integrating the platform into the corporate IT infrastructure. With Ultimus BPM Suite’s powerful reporting and analysis tools, Turkcell management teams can now assess the efficiency of the corporate processes, pinpoint the bottlenecks and redesign the processes accordingly. So far 28 key processes have been automated; among them are processes for human resources, finance, customer service and service & product development.

Sütaş Factory Maintenance Project

Periodic maintenance operations, calibrations, all machine consumables and spare parts in the factory are now managed by the Fidelity Maintenance software application developed by Sigma’s expert software developers.

Total Dealer Automation Project

The project has gone live successfully with the MBS Navision ERP System. Total can now conduct dealer, product and sales related online and multidimensional OLAP analyses with its newly-formed data warehouse application.

With the Sinerji CRM application developed by Sigma Consultancy, Eczacıbaşı Askaynak managers can now manage and monitor their sales staff’s activities.
