With Fidelity Purchasing Management software you can manage your purchasing processes from the product demand phase, in compliance with the corporate standards. Evaluation of the received offers from the approved suppliers in the electronic environment and applying the BAFO and corporate approval regulations are achieved.

Collecting the Purchasing Demands

  • Purchasing orders are created according to the predefined access rights and are accumulated in the sales department. 

  • Possesses an approval module for purchasing demands. The approval module can work in coherence with the firm’s managerial structure and allows the creation of internal approval procedures.

  • Determines the critical warehouse levels by taking parameters like supply time, cycle speed,and shelf life into account. When the product amount approaches the critical level, a purchasing demand process is initiated bound to the approval chain.

  • Provides the automatic meeting of claims within the predefined approval rights.

Requesting and Evaluating Proposals

  • Essential RFQs are formed for proposal aggregation. Possesses a electronic proposal demand function which involves the product’s technical specifications, payment alternatives, supply time and delivery location and conditions.

  • Analyzes the periodic contracts signed with the suppliers and initiates the purchasing process in accordance with the predefined rights.

  • Provides an easy specification of the product properties which is planned to be purchased for the first time.

  • Manages and monitors the purchasing transactions for service demands as well.

Orders and Order Tracking

  • Contracts with the approved suppliers are stored in the electronic environment and the degree of conformity with these contracts is monitored during the delivery phase of every order.  

  • The orders are taken into the warehouse and the accompanying document entries (shipping papers, invoice, warranty) are automatically created.

  • Posseses functions in which very detailed technical product specifications can be defined.

  • Preserves the documents related to the suppliers. Eliminates the possible risks by controlling the transactions for valuable documents, like letter of guarantees.

Budget-Based Purchasing

  • Creating annual macro purchasing budget.

  • Distributing to the applicable time-zones. (trimonthly, monthly, weekly, etc.)

  • Distributing to the relevant departments.

  • Controlling the planning / finalization / realization purchasing phases taking the remaining budget (monetary or quantity-based) into account.
