DocuCenter provides the management and preservation of paper and electronic documents, faxes and e-mails in the electronic environment to meet the document and information sharing needs accross the company.

Document Recording Functions

With the DocuCenter Document Recording module, documents entering the system with fax, scanner and e-mail interfaces and their corresponding type, index, group and size information are transferred into the system.

Document Life Cycle Management

For the documents which lie inside DocuCenter, life cycle periods are defined and these documents are archived according to these predefined periods. Besides, when the document completes its life cycle, the employees defined in the system are notified via e-mail. When a new version of the document is created, the obsolete version is automatically moved to the archive.

Category and Dimension Management

Limitless number of categories and subcategories can be defined in the system. The required dimensions are appended. A document can be managed by a number of links referring to the same physical location.

Automatic Index Generation

With DocuCenter, system users can generate automatic indexes for the documents according to their specific needs. After the indexing function takes place, faster access to these documents can be achieved.  

Display Folders

In DocuCenter, archive folders, where documents are classified, are located at a different place than the display folders. Documents can be accessed from the department or user based virtual folders based on the specified access rights.

Version Tracking

With the DocuCenter Document Archive and Management software, version tracking of electronic documents can be achieved.
