Nowadays, management and reporting of operational critical information to meet the compliance criteria has become one of companies’ primary concerns. 

Content Infrastructure Essential for Compliancy with the Audit Standards
Content management and disposition processess should be formed as stated in the regulations in order to constitute the document content infrastructure which will meet the compliance criteria. Hummingbird Records Management component includes advanced tools for the automated management of records from their creation to their disposition. It is compliant with the U.S. Ministry of Defence 5015.2,  UK Public Records Office (UK PRO), European Union MoReq Specifications and FDA 21CFR11. Hummingbird Records Management manages controls related to the long-term access, audit and preservation all enterprise content such as product specifications, test protocols and e-mails.

Knowledge Management
Hummingbird Enterprise Knowledge Management provides a unified search opportunity from various sources including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange Server, web sites, file repositories, document management systems, multimedia libraries, databases and enterprise operating systems.
