Fidelity Fixed Assets and Amortization Management allows the management of your fixed assets’ and consumables’ inventory management processes on a local basis. It performs the amortization calculations and monitors the cunsumables consumption on the inventory basis.

• It is possible to produce comprehensive reports in different formats by interacting with the fixtures and consumables bound to product tree and groups.

• The organizational structure of companies can be formed on the unit, department, agency, headquarters, region and country basis. When the need arises, every fixed asset can be monitored bound to this structure on the user basis.

• Fixed asset transfers can easily be accomplished among the predefined units. The fixed asset is monitored from its purchase to its transformation into junk.  Amortization calculations and reevaluations are performed on a monthly and annual basis. The fixed assets are debited to the staff.

• Fixed Assets’ warranty periods and insurance information are monitored.

• Users can inform their fixed asset and consumable demands over the internet. The purchasing unit creates and monitors these aggregated demands.

• With the Fidelity SMS Inventory Management Module, detailed monitoring of the consumable movements in and out of the inventory is possible. 

• Critical inventory levels are identified. When the inventory quantity is below this level, the essential notifications and reports are sent  to the authorized people. Critical inventory levels are monitored based on the cycle speed and measurement values, and automatic purchasing orders are created.  

• Every fixed asset is defined in different groups. Group-specific amortization calculation methods can be identified. The calculations are finalized in a very fast and trustworthy manner.

• Leasing purchases are monitored. Fixes asset reports are created by defining the BDDK and UMS index fields.  At the end of the leasing period,  takeover takes place; the fixed asset is transferred from the leasing account to the normal account. When the document type and the related leasing contract is selected during document entries, the necessary information subtracted from the contract is transferred to the document.

• As a result of these inventory movements, the required accounting slips are created automatically by the system. Together with the existing fixed asset values, the management and monitoring of entry value, prior-to-evaluation and current value, accumulated amortization and net value of all fixed asset data are achieved.
